💙 Encourage Self-Care Taking care of your mental health isn’t selfish; it’s essential. Whether it’s through journaling, exercise, therapy, or simply setting boundaries, self-care is a powerful step toward wellness.

💙 Support Each Other Be a listening ear. Check in with loved ones. Remind others—and yourself—that it’s okay to not be okay.
