At Janice Hare and Associates, we provide couples therapy to help partners enhance their relationships, resolve conflicts, and rebuild intimacy. Our therapists offer a neutral and empathetic space for couples to address issues, improve communication, and rediscover the joy of being together.

Our group therapy sessions offer a supportive and collaborative setting for individuals to connect, share experiences, and gain insights from others facing similar challenges. We facilitate various group therapy sessions focused on specific themes to foster personal growth, empathy, and a sense of community among participants.
